At Complete Home Care, our Home Health Aides (HHAs) play a vital role in helping clients maintain safety, comfort, and independence at home. Working under the supervision of registered nurses and therapists, HHAs assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility support, and light housekeeping. This position is ideal for compassionate caregivers who enjoy forming meaningful connections and making a daily impact on the lives of seniors and adults in need of in-home support. Our clinicians — including registered nurses (RNs) and licensed practical nurses (LPNs) — provide direct medical care in the home, following each patient’s personalized Plan of Care. Clinicians assess health conditions, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and coordinate with physicians and therapists to ensure the highest level of continuity and quality of care. Physical Therapists (PTs) at Complete Home Care help patients restore mobility, strength, and confidence after illness, surgery, or injury. Our Occupational Therapists (OTs) assist patients in regaining the skills needed for daily living and self-care after illness, stroke, or injury. At Complete Home Care, OTs develop customized rehabilitation plans that may include adaptive equipment training, fine-motor coordination exercises, and home modification recommendations to improve safety and accessibility.
